Morning coffee

In the very centre of the institutes and buildings that makes up University of London is Gordon Square. Tables and chairs are scattered across the square. The busy traffic on Byng Place flows past without any visible demarcation between it and the tables. It gives the impression of the tables standing in the middle og the street. This lady seemed unperturbed as she sat enjoying her coffee. For best viewing click on image to enlarge. Camera Nikon D5000

I had to take a double look before I realized the tables were not on the roadway.

I also did a double take. Hopefully it’s not near a pub. I can picture someone having a pint or two at lunch, then getting in the car and not seeing where the road ends and the square begins.
